People Support Officer – Lancashire Constabulary

Contract: Temporary until 30/11/2025
Hours: 37 per week
Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a People Support Officer to join Lancashire Constabulary, providing key support within HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a professional and dynamic HR environment, ensuring best practice in people management.
Key Responsibilities: ? Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Assist in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
Support HR casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
Work closely with HR Business Partners to deliver strategic workforce initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practice
Requirements: ? CIPD Level 5 qualification (or near completion within 12 months)
Associate member of CIPD with evidence of continuing professional development
Proven experience in HR advisory or people support roles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and confidential environment
