Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I have always worked with people - customer relations, in a beauty salon, retail, support work. I really enjoy helping others in all ways.

And what does your day-to-day involve?

I'm a compliance Coordinator for SCS, I make sure the candidates are all complainant to start work. I send the training out and check all is kept up to date, book the nurse interviews, see to the consultants needs throughout the day. Making sure the candidates files are up to date, 6 month and 12 month appraisals, chasing references. I also book the practical training for our candidates, I have been also responsible for going through and signing non stat Pre Placements.

If you weren't with the agency, what would you be doing?

I'd be a Criminal Pathologist.

Friendly, rewarding and fun.

​What is your favourite quote/best piece of advice you've ever been given?

Enjoy life as much as you can, life isn't a dress rehearsal :)

Lastly, when you're not in work, where can we find you?

Spend quality time with my family, get out and about. Go to the Gym, watch horror movies and relax.
