Megan is one of our Business Administrators, let's get to know her a bit more.
What does a Business Administrator do?
My role as the Housing Business Administrator is to oversee compliance for the housing team, and support them with any administrative tasks. I am responsible for all pre-placement compliance - this includes everything from right to work checks to employment references and DBS applications. I work closely with our consultants and their candidates, ensuring the onboarding process runs smoothly and in a timely manner.
A big part of my role within the housing team is to support the recruitment consultants with their administrative tasks, giving them more time to what they do best - recruit! The day to day changes all the time based on the needs of the team - one day I am liaising with suppliers and ordering equipment ,the next I am invoicing clients for timesheets.
What are your biggest successes so far?
Definitely the increased efficiency of our onboarding process. There are often tight turn arounds in recruitment from interview to start date, and it is essential to have an efficient process in place to meet these deadlines. With the support of the team, I have been able to onboard over 150 candidates in recent months.
