About Matthew

Firstly, how long have you been with Service Care?

I started in mid-December.

And what does your day-to-day role involve?

Training at the moment. Eventually, I will lead to managing the Master Vendor contracts.

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I’ve worked managing customer service/back-office teams in the outsourcing industry for the last 5 years.

If you weren't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?

Probably still working in outsourcing. I’ve been looking to leave the outsourcing industry and I’m so very glad to be here!

Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?

Welcoming, hardworking & professional.

What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

Quote: “And Solskjaer has won it!!”

Lastly, when you're not at work, where can we find you?

These days, on my couch with my feet up watching TV.
