I have worked in the recruitment industry for 20 years and have managed all head office functions.

And what does your day-to-day role involve?

Accounts receivable, managing customer accounts ensuring outstanding debts are paid in a timely fashion.

If you weren't with the agency, what would you be doing?

I'd be a Scientist.
