About Lisa

Lisa is one of the Recruitment Consultants in our social care team, let's get to know her a bit more.

What does your role as a Recruitment Consultant involve?

My day usually starts by making a coffee and responding to my emails. I will then focus on recruiting for a job in the morning by posting a job advert. I will liaise with service managers and find out what they are looking for in a potential candidate. I will use my knowledge and skillset to place people into roles they will love.

I recruit for a variety of roles, some of which are:

I help private companies and local authorities across Merseyside to recruit for unqualified social care roles.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?

I really enjoy working at Service Care Solutions because every day is different, and I am always talking to new people on a daily basis. I love the feeling of placing someone into a role and hearing how excited they are to have been successful. I also have an amazing team and I really enjoy working with them.

Which Service Care Value resonates the most with your role?

Hard work.

Feel free to get in touch if you’re seeking expert advice in the social care recruitment sector!
