About Keira

Keira is one of our Business Administrators in the Compliance team, let's get to know her more.

What does a Business Administrator do in Compliance?

I work as a compliance administrator at Service Care Solutions. A big part of my role is ensuring that all candidates are fully compliant and ready to begin their new roles. I also handle all DBS related tasks, ensuring a smooth process from beginning to the end. This includes processing, tracking and saving each DBS file. I also organise 12 month appraisals, carrying out right to work checks and assist the team in any area that I can.

What has been your biggest achievement so far?

My biggest achievement so far would be helping others within the team to make compliance processes easier; this includes helping with both small and large tasks to ensure we stay organised, and compliant. I also think that building relationships throughout the business by joining teams such as the events committee has been a big achievement.
