Business Administrator

About Joshua

Josh is one of our business administrators here at Service Care Solutions, lets get to know him a bit more.

What does a Business Support Administrator do?

As a business support administrator, my role is varied, helping multiple different teams across the business. My tasks can involve sourcing candidates, handling compliance management, attending corporate events and providing support with onboarding. I really enjoy being a (hopefully) friendly face for all of our new starters across the business!

I’ve also undertaken a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, which provides learning that will benefit my work, whilst also being supported by a great company.

What has been your biggest achievement so far?

Because my role is varied, being able to adapt to change and remain organised to stay on top of everything has been vital to my successes here, completing registrations for 89 contractors within my first month, whilst also producing distinction level apprenticeship work.
