Firstly, how long have you been with Service Care?
I joined in August 2011.
Give us a brief overview of your professional background...
Started SCS in 2011 as a Trainer Recruitment Consultant working in the specialist Mental Health market. After growing the market I worked through the ranks at SCS becoming a Divisional Manager in February 2014, then Divisional Director in January 2016 and eventually Associate Director October 2020.
And what does your day-to-day role involve?
Operate in an executive function at SCS, in support of the Managing Director. Jointly responsible for the ongoing operation of SCS, our staff, our candidates and our clients.
What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?
"The only difference between success and failure is the ability to take action."
If you weren't in recruitment, what would you be doing?
An Architect.
