Compliance Coordinator

About Joanne

What does your day-to-day role involve?

Working closely with the consultants to ensure their candidates have the correct compliance to begin their job role. I process right-to-work checks and assist candidates through this process, and I also arrange clinical interviews. As I am new to the company, I am currently learning something new every day!

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

Previously I have worked within the mental health industries and multiple care industries, such as clinical and surgical settings giving me a great insight to the other side of the compliance process. Before care work, I enjoyed working as a hairdresser and lash technician.

Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?

Friendly, welcoming, and understanding.

What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

Your life is your garden, your thoughts are your seeds, if your life isn’t awesome, you’ve been watering the weeds!

Lastly, when you're not at work, where can we find you?

Cleaning up after my tribe at home!
