What does an Account Manager do?

My role is everything it says on the tin. I am responsible for managing the delivery of our service to our biggest master vend contracts within the healthcare industry. I oversee all aspects of the recruitment process for both our public and private sector clients. This includes everything from compliance management and performance reviews to full budgetary and financial responsibility for our clients.

Ultimately, my role within the healthcare recruitment team is to improve Service Care’s master vend offering and maximise the value we deliver to both our private and NHS contracts.

What are your biggest successes so far?

All aspects of my role are rewarding, however, one of my biggest successes would be increasing our fill rate for one of our clients in the private healthcare sector to 94%.

Another leading achievement would be reducing the off framework spend for one of our NHS shift work clients by 20%.
