What does your role as a Recruitment Consultant involve?

I recruit around the East Midlands within the Social Care sector for Non-qualified professionals. I work with clients for both the public and private sector. Some roles I recruit for are:

• Support workers

• Business Administrators

• Team leaders

• Residential care officers

What does your day-to-day role look like?

My day involves connecting with anyone without a specific qualification who is looking to get into support work and match them with suitable roles. I spend time reviewing candidate applications and discussing job opportunities. I also work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing them with tailored recruitment solutions and support throughout the hiring process.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?

The thing I love most about my job is getting to connect and speak to some many different people, building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. It’s rewarding getting to help professionals find their ideal job while supporting businesses in securing the right talent.
