6 and a half years.
Give us a brief overview of your professional background...
I'm a Team Leader in the Social Housing division. We work with housing association across the county covering interim and permanent requirements. We are also the top ranked supplier on the procurement for housing framework which enables us to work closely them to provide recruitment solutions to their members. Previous to working at SCS I worked in the retail sector.
Tell us a little bit about what you do in your day to day role at SCS....
My job is split really between supporting my team in their daily duties and working with hiring manager and talent acquisition professionals to hire in to interim and permanent openings.
If you weren't in recruitment, what would you be doing?
No clue to be honest, boring answer, sorry!
Lastly, when you're not at work, where can we find you?
Spending time with family and watching football.
