Service Care Solutions was crowned as Lancashire’s Business of the Year on Friday 20th September at the prestigious, Be Inspired Business Awards(BIBAs).
Hosted by North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, and sponsored by Lancashire County Council, the award was presented in front of hundreds of businesses from across Lancashire.
We have had a remarkable few years with the BIBAs, having been crowned Employer of the Year twice, achieving the title of Best Medium Business in 2023, and supporting Skye Morrison as Apprentice of the Year in 2022. However, we have never entered the Best Business category historically.
To sweeten our success, we were awarded with the highly commended award in the Employer of the Year category, two astonishing achievements in one night.

Chris Musgrove, our Managing Director, delivered an acceptance speech that shared gratitude for the entire Service Care Solution's team:
“We have been incredibly fortunate to have had a fantastic run of success at the Biba’s awards in recent years, but to be named as Lancashire’s Business of the Year is truly special. It is such a tremendous accolade, one that the entire business should be proud of. This award celebrates the people within the business and their contribution to our success, their ability to inspire and support positive change and their continued commitment to excellence.

We have celebrated by inviting local business, The Dough Boy Pizza Company, and one of our charity partners, Recycling Lives, to our offices in Preston to serve a hearty spread following our win.
