Giving Something Back

Here at Service Care Solutions, we have a CSR (corporate social responsibility) initiative that works in conjunction with an employee reward system.

When one of our team does some exceptional work, they get given a poker chip with their name on.

The CSR Part: We have charity collection boxes (like they have for tokens in the supermarkets) in the office and the employee pops the chip into the box for their chosen charity. This year, our nominated charities are High Five, Cash For Kids and The Foxton Centre.

The Employee Reward Part: As well as empowering our staff to pick who they would like the company to donate to on their behalf, we also put all the chips into a tombola-style draw at our annual awards. Last year's top prize was a £1250 holiday voucher! Obviously, the more chips you get, the more chance you have of winning a prize in the draw so we find it works well as a motivator.

For 2019/2020, we have donated the following:

High Five - £1500

Cash for Kids - £1250

The Foxton Centre - £1000

This equates to a massive £3750. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff for engaging with the initiative and, of course, a big thanks to the charities for the amazing work that they do.
