Company and Commercial Inhouse Senior Legal Advisor

About the Role
This role will involve you in all aspects of company legal matters linked to its trading activities including an involvement in the company's insurance programme. You will be an integral part of the team and will advise on and action across a wide variety of legal matters. You will communicate across all levels of the business while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing
This role is varied in a lot of Legal Company and Commercial Aspects. You will work closely with the company secretary and senior management team. You will oversee the roll out of company policies and drafting of trading and commercial agreements and help drive company initiative.

You will have the full support of our specialist external solicitors as well as our highly experienced and knowledgeable team.

Who do we want?

• We are looking for somebody with a background or degree in law and a good experience of legal matters in relation to the commercial activities of a large employer inhouse or law firm.
• Technical experience and capability are important; however, we are looking for someone who will display self-motivation, ambition, and a curious mindset.
• We are open minded about your experience level, and whether your background is within a law firm or another in-house team, as long as you have the right drive and hunger.
