Family Service Referrals Processor

About the Role

This company is currently seeking a Family Service Autism and ADHD Team Referral Processor to support the screening and triage of referrals for assessment for families on the neurodevelopmental pathway. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and screening referrals and assessment requests, providing feedback to referrers and families, and supporting the wider team as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and triage referrals for assessment for families on the neurodevelopmental pathway
• Review and screen referrals and assessment requests
• Provide feedback to referrers and families
• Support the wider team as required

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of autism and ADHD
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification

Rate

£15.29ph
