Job Description

Gloucestershire County Council are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a 6 month contract. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing general administrative duties.

The successful candidate will be expected to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in the Tewkesbury. The role will involve typing up minutes, creating newsletters, and other general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
